Your sessions come in.
Your plan goes out.

Connect your watch, your bike computer and Strava, and every session lands in TNR on its own. Your planned workouts go the other way, to Garmin, Wahoo and Apple Watch.

Activities in

New runs, rides and swims arrive from Garmin, Strava, Polar and Wahoo, with route and heart rate.

Workouts out

Planned sessions go to Garmin Connect and Wahoo, and to Apple Watch through TNR Go.

Sleep and HRV

Garmin, Polar and Apple Health add sleep, HRV and resting heart rate for your recovery score.

No duplicates

Use your watch and Strava together, and each session still shows up once.

Planned workouts

Your plan, on your watch and bike computer.

Choose how far ahead each plan goes to Garmin Connect: the next 7, 14 or 28 days, or the whole plan. New days are sent overnight, and when you move, edit or delete a session, Garmin follows.

On Wahoo, a plan's rides and runs go to your schedule a week ahead. Workouts also export as .fit files.

Plan settings in TNR with Sync to Garmin Connect set to the next 14 days, and Sync to Wahoo below it

Activities

Every session in one log.

Activities arrive once they're uploaded, and a finished session ticks off the matching workout you planned that day. Use Garmin and Strava together and a run still shows up once.

Strava brings your history when you first connect, and Wahoo the last three months. For anything else, upload a .fit, .gpx or .tcx file.

TNR Go

Apple Health and Apple Watch, through your iPhone.

TNR Go, our iPhone app, reads workouts, sleep and HRV from Apple Health, and can put the coming week's planned workouts in the Workout app on your Apple Watch.

It also connects to smart trainers and treadmills over Bluetooth, and you can share a trainer ride to Strava when you're done.

Garmin, Strava, Polar, Wahoo and Oura, from Settings on the web. Apple Health and Apple Watch connect through TNR Go on iPhone. You can also connect Claude, ChatGPT or another AI assistant that supports MCP.

Workouts from your training plans. Garmin gets them as far ahead as you choose for each plan, Wahoo gets a plan's rides and runs a week ahead, and Apple Watch gets the coming week through TNR Go.

Connect both. TNR matches the same session from different sources by its time and distance, so it shows up once in your log.

Yes. Turn on calendar syncing in a plan's share settings and copy the subscription link into your calendar app. On Apple devices you can add it to Apple Calendar in one step.

Before you connect, TNR lists what it reads and what it sends back. Your workouts reach a coach only if you invite one, and an AI assistant only if you connect one. Your data is never sold or used for ads.
